SHEQ Systems Coordinator

Harpenden | £30,000

Irwin & Colton have been engaged by a leading corporate company to recruit a Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Systems Coordinator. The role will report directly to the Head of SHEQ Systems and will be working with the wider SHEQ Team ensuring the business management systems (ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001) are fit for purpose and meet required standards.

Key responsibilities for the SHEQ Systems Coordinator:

  • Working with the team to maintain the companies environmental, quality and health & safety management systems
  • Working with the team to ensure that all company policies, procedures and work instructions are documented in a clear and concise manner
  • Facilitate and manage documentation revision and generation in compliance with good documentation practices
  • Promote the benefits of the management systems

Essential skills for the for the SHEQ Systems Coordinator:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Packages, Excel, Word Etc.
  • Meticulous written and verbal communication skills

Experience of, or exposure to implementing, maintaining or improving standards (for example ISO9001, ISO14001 or OHSAS18001) would be a distinct advantage.
