Major nationwide security, property management, FM company market leader in it’s chosen sectors seeks a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to performance manage, train and motivate its sales team and to successfully launch new products and services and to fully penetrate markets.

This is a highly innovative company looking for a confident and natural leader and experienced sales manager from the Construction, Security or Utilities sectors.

The skills and experiences required for this position as Head of Sales are as follows:

• Demonstrable successful experience of running a sales team selling in either the Construction, Security or Utilities sectors (experience in these three sectors is absolutely essential).
• Must be able to demonstrate and show a record of successful sales; personally and as a team against targets
• Highly driven personality who can manage an experienced team and with experience in launching new products and opening up large corporate clients eg utilities, property, construction etc
• Clear understanding of the sales process, CRM, consultative selling closing decision makers in large organisations, KPI performance management etc
• Demonstrable experience in managing a sales team, training, motivating, supporting, discipline as Head of Sales
• Ability to personally build a portfolio of key accounts and explore new ways of step increasing sales and profit.
• Team player liaising with support teams and directors to penetrate markets fast and finding ways around blocks. A good team player feeding back information to ensure the sales team and clients get the best and fastest support in the market place
• An understanding and experience of latest CCTV products / market would be a distinct advantage.
• Some professional sales training with Spin Selling©, Miller Heiman, Xerox etc would be a good.
• Full UK driving licence essential

Location: Flexible in England for the right candidate. This is largely a field role as clients are all around the UK.
