This is an exciting opportunity for a Content Writer to join our marketing function here in Hinckley. A growing team we are looking for someone who is passionate and able to write engaging content for our Business owners, partners and associations of Croner.

This is a challenging role as we are not only looking for you to write content you will be expected to build and maintain relationships with our partners so that you are able to confidently understand your writing topic and also appeal to prospective clients.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Write online/print content ensuring it is relevant, current and engaging.
  • Build excellent working relationships with Croner’s external partners by providing content for newsletters, brochures, flyers and websites.
  • Work with the partnership team to plan a quarterly content strategy for each of Croner’s partners/associations.
  • Create content for a variety of platforms, including external websites and association newsletters.
  • Identify and prioritise opportunities for existing/new partners who can support Croner’s global objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activity, customer behaviour and the latest trends to improve the performance of your writing and content.
  • Track communication progress and regularly update the senior management team on results.
  • Managing copy to align with company objectives, standards and brand guidelines.
  • Develop commercial thinking and work collaboratively across the business.
What you Bring to the Team
  • A real ability to understand your target audience and make content that engages them
  • An established track record of developing marketing content from conception to delivery to impact
  • Demonstrate a strong writing flair and a passion for generating new ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred
  • Knowledge of HR/employment law is favourable but not essential
