Service Desk Analyst (1st Line/2nd Line)

My Client are a leading Charity who are based in Central London and are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst for an initial 3 month contract with the view to go on longer.

The Service Desk role is challenging and rewarding, we support 9000+ internal customers across the UK, generating 1800+ contacts a week and working 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday. The Service Desk provides a single point of contact for the whole organisation, resolving over 70% of incidents at the desk. Weekly working hours is 36.25 hours.

We are looking for ambitious individuals who:


    Minimum 3+ years' experience in working fast paced IT infrastructure service deskPossess first line support on Windows 7/service desk Ticketing tool/Citrix/AD & ExchangeRemote Access Applications Juniper Networks Secure Access / SSL VPN / Cisco VPN Client / Wireless Networking / RSA secured cards. Mobile Technologies - Blackberry Device Support / Vodafone 3g cards.Possess ITIL foundation qualification as a minimum any other ITL qualifications are an advantage..Work to agreed KPI's and works to exceed them.Can communicate at the right level to engage customers who have varying levels of IT understanding and experience.
