Each Senior Scrum Master will have responsibility for a team of up to 10 people, creating innovative technical solution, and with a recent increase in funding, Scrum managers will have ample opportunity to lead cutting-edge projects with dynamic, enthusiastic teams.

Our client has been an early adopter of Agile processes and has successfully embedded Agile into its development function for a number of years. As part of a drive to continuously improve and strengthen their Agile capabilities into the next phase, they are looking for 2 experienced Senior Scrum Masters to join the Solutions Engineering team.
Key duties:
As senior scrum master you will play a proactive role in shaping the department and driving the business forward, in order to establish the best Agile practises using your skills in software engineering, continuous integration and deployment.

You will be responsible for leading multiple teams and ensure that the teams are delivering successfully, using your skills as a facilitator and negotiator to remove any blockers and put them in the most successful position as possible. You will tackle problems enthusiastically, be collaborative with your peers and colleagues, both in the IT department and across the business as a whole and be continuously challenging to ensure that we get the best out of our staff and processes.

As an Agile advocate you will be able to provide great evidence around how you keep your skills up to date and have a full repertoire and toolbox covering all aspects of training and coaching both agile and software engineering practices.

The successful Senior Scrum Master will ideally have most of the following:
*Training, coaching & mentoring others with regards to Agile and being able to demonstrate an expert knowledge of the main Agile methodologies
*Successfully delivering a number of large and complex projects (including external delivery partners within an agile framework)
*Expert knowledge of software engineering practices & proven track record of implementing continuous improvement into teams
*Demonstrable experience of developing Agile/Scrum knowledge through seminars/ courses/ forums/ or similar outside of the working environment.
Experience with the following competencies:

*Delivering at Pace
