Corporate Finance Analyst
Churchill Howard have been appointed the recruitment of an exciting and rare corporate finance opportunity for a well-known FTSE 250 brand in South Birmingham.
A standalone role reporting straight into the Corporate Finance Director, this high profile position will see you interact with CEO, CFO as well as internal and external senior stakeholders- communication skills are essential!
The role is well suited for candidates with M&A experience too as you will be researching and advising on potential acquisitions for the group, including pre and post deal activities.
You will also be managing all investor relations, this will include the vital task of preparing all external announcements for CFO; including external facing results, trading announcements and supporting documents. Other responsibilities in this area will see you take ownership of the corporate website and planning and corporate events for investors.
Given the nature of the role, a background in Corporate Finance, M&A or Transaction Services is desired. Ideally you will be ACA qualified with the experience in either of these areas. Audit background will also be considered.
