The Organisation:
The Green Recruitment Company is working with one of the world`s leading support services and construction companies, who operate in the public and private sectors in the UK and internationally. They are looking to grow their Energy Bureau Team by recruiting an ambitious, enthusiastic Energy Data Co-ordinator.

Candidate Responsibilities
The Energy Data Co-ordinator will be responsible for:
• Validation and accurate input of utility invoices onto Team Monitoring & Targeting software.
• Respond to written and verbal queries on, but not limited to, energy supply, invoices, metering and payments, providing excellent customer service and first contact resolution where possible.
• Take ownership and responsibility for effective delivery of the company’s services.
• Achieve KPI’s as set by client contracts and company Team leader.
• Create and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders ensuring a positive experience for all.
• Use of Team SIGMA Monitoring & Targeting software to run and communicate reports on energy consumption, cost and associated carbon emissions as per contract requirements. Reports include mandatory legal requirements for clients making accuracy key.
• Analysis of large datasets and validation of multiple incoming data streams to ensure coherency of information
• Identify data trends and exceptions and inform Sustainability Team and Clients accordingly.
• Create and maintain bespoke processes as and when required.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects when required to ensure effective delivery of service and smooth mobilisation of newly acquired contracts.
• Assist Utility Administrators with complex queries and act as a point of reference.
• Assist Energy Analyst with data collection and projects as required.

Experience and skills:
• Good GCSE and AS/A level (or equivalent) results in appropriate subjects including English, Maths and Science. (Essential)
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel to include knowledge on use of pivot tables, data interpretation and appropriate analysis methods. (Essential)
• Ability to use full Microsoft Office suite and learn bespoke computer packages. (Essential)
• Experience of working with and interpreting large amounts of data. (Essential)
• Degree qualified in a relevant subject. (Desirable)
• Previous experience of working in the Energy and Utilities industry. (Desirable)
• High standard of numerical, written and verbal literacy.
• Excellent communicator across all channels.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines as part of a team.

• Approachable, friendly demeanour.
