The Grenfell Insight and Intelligence team supports the Grenfell Directorate through doing the following:

Providing the single team through which reporting to central government, elected members, strategic partners and senior managers is managed.Supporting front-line teams with accurate, timely and robust reporting to lead and enable service delivery.Understanding and leading business insight and analytics needs to drive the development and improvement in the delivery of the Grenfell response.Provide the key role of validating, maintaining and amending master data and service data.Managing directorate processes on Information Governance and Information Security working with corporation information and governance teams.Managing the governance processesProviding assurance through oversight of decision making across the serviceDESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

The Insight and Intelligence Manager will be responsible for:

Designing and maintain knowledge management tools on enabling the sharing of information, learning and best practice in accessible formatsEncouraging effective practice through the promotion of sharing and learning, including close liaison with Operational ManagersWorking with Technology Providers and external parties to support the development of the Grenfell information base, including:facilitating information searches to support audit, inspection and improvement activity in accordance with the Quality Assurance Framework (QAF)promoting systems for effective knowledge management sharingparticipation in assessments or other quality initiativesliaison with other knowledge management professionals nationallydeveloping structures to ensure that learning is sharedActing as an internal consultant to the Grenfell Response, including leading and supporting improvement projects, advising staff and managers, facilitating development workshops and events, and supporting on events if requiredWorking with Grenfell Response colleagues to update service delivery offer including rehousing of individuals affected by Grenfell, and care and support services offeres to the wider population based on performance improvement triggers, stakeholder feedback and other evidenceWorking in good faith with interfacing organisations and partners, sharing causal & correlative information and continuous improvement opportunitiesImproving the quality of data recording in respect of Protected Characteristics (e.g. UPRNs) by implementing whole system improvements by introducing:consistent recording of this information on SharePointthe use of anonymised data to analyse demographic profile of each cohort to support Equality Impact Assessmentsthe monitoring of outcomes and service provision to inform the creation of Equality and Diversity Impact Measures and use information to inform continuous improvement of service to be able to better respond to needsAnalysing service user and stakeholder feedback and complaints to make recommendations for service improvement or innovation projectsManaging the development and delivery of a monthly service user insight plan based on service user feedback receivedImplementing and managing feedback mechanisms from individuals affected by Grenfell through resident engagement forums and through Key Worker and Housing Allocations Officer contact.In accordance with the Quality Assurance Framework (QAF), working closely with communications team to collect stakeholder feedback in a variety of ways to inform service excellence innovation and improvement projectsRemaining informed with up-to-date academic research and making recommendations on how research findings may implicate existing practices5043250
