* Technically sound
* Experienced at managing your own caseload of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Probate
* Able to manage others

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

* Manage your own caseload of of Wills, Trust Deeds, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Court of Protection applications
* Take instructions and provide advice, support and quotes to clients face to face or via correspondence/telephone
* Deal with case files in a timely and efficient manner
* Deal with new enquiries and provide quotes for Probate and Non Standard Transactions
* Provide support and carry out audits for junior members of the team
* Assist with delivering training to junior members of the team
* Oversee the execution of legal documents
* To participate in the business of the company in such a manner as to further develop knowledge and skills
* To contribute to the development of the company, office systems and the organisation of the company
* Such other tasks as requested from time to time to help the general work of the Company
