They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Health & Social Care professional, ideally geographically based in Nottinghamshire.

The role will include travel within the East Midlands, a driving licence and access to a car is therefore essential. If you are not geographically based in Nottinghamshire, we do have other opportunities in other locations within the East Midlands (Lincolnshire, for example), so please do apply.

The Role

You will be working with local employers to guide and support learners' performance and knowledge throughout their training as part of the full apprenticeship framework/standards in Health and Social Care. You will be responsible for delivering training and undertaking assessments, whilst continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with both learners and employers.

The Individual

You must have a relevant health and social care qualification and/or occupational competence at the level 3 or above (ideally up to level 5). They really value your industry knowledge and experience, so although holding a relevant assessor or verifier qualification and experience would be an advantage, full training and support will be provided.

You will be an effective communicator, able to successfully engage both employers and learners alike.You will have the ability to coach, develop and mentor people, proven experience of delivering training and assessing learners would be an advantage.
