HR Manager - Uxbridge, Stockley Park , London up to £55,000 + car allowance + bonus . This global FTSE quoted company has a long and distinguished history and are a byword for excellence. Their performance over the past few years has been superb and now is a particularly exciting time to be joining them.

You have an opportunity to join their large HR team as an HR Manager within their Business service centre / shared services . The role requires a strong HR Generalist with real presence. Whilst being part of a larger team, you will have the responsibility for the operational HR delivery to the leadership and senior management team of the Service centre. It is expected that you will be CIPD qualified, with a demonstrable track record of operational HR within a Global environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate considerable experience in working with senior stakeholders to deliver HR leadership for functional management, talent acquisition strategy, leadership coaching and change management within a large, complex International organisation.

This dynamic organisation requires, a highly experienced HR manager with a proactive approach and the energy and resilience required to deliver change effectively in a challenging, multicultural, multinational environment. You will be structured in approach and an effective communicator with a strong business acumen. You will be a strong negotiator and a successful influencer and be accustomed to promoting ideas with the intention of delivering significant cultural change.

Project work will be a major part of your role, so you will be required to work in cross-functional teams as part of project work, and matrix working will be a regular feature of the role, so you need to be comfortable working with assorted colleagues such as HR Business Leaders; Centre of Excellence members etc.

Also you will be tasked with ensuring that all employees are able to contribute to their full potential through employee development, employee relations and coaching support.

There will be a large element of international work in these projects so some previous exposure to working across different territories would be advantageous.
