We are delighted to be working with this well established and successful family run e-commerce retailer. With their HQ based in the South West, they have experienced year on year growth of 25% and continue to mirror that success in 2018.
They have recently invested in the business in many ways to enable further growth of the business and the expansion of their product lines. They pride themselves on providing high quality customer service and fast next day delivery from one of their 5 depots across the UK. Our client is a successful e-commerce retailer. Continued success for them has been from the creation of strong brands, product excellence and significant investment in company infrastructure.
They are currently looking for a full-time Showroom Manager to join them on a permanent basis. You will work 40 hours over 7 days, between the hours of 8.30am-5pm. They are looking for someone who can recognise sales opportunities and understands how to close a sale.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting/excelling KPI targets set by head office
- Helping customers to identify their needs
- Advising customers before taking the opportunity to upsell
- Provide product information as required
- Ensure the smooth running of the showroom, e.g. security, administration of the depot and showroom, contractors that come onto site
The successful candidate will be well-presented, have a drive to succeed, have had previous experience within a sales retail environment and have good organisational skills as well as excellent punctuality.
