SERVICE DESK MANAGEMENT ROLES - GREAT CUSTOMER SKILLS NEEDED - GOOD PEOPLE MANAGERS - GREAT COMMUNICATORS.

Granite Consulting are currently working with a number of businesses in and around the Gloucester/Swindon/Cirencester area who are looking for a number of senior hires. We are keen to speak to anyone with Service Desk Management experience, ideally dealing with customers - paying customers, very different to internal users.

The roles we have are paying up to 65K + decent benefits.

You will have over 5 years of experience in Service Desk Management roles and be looking for a step-up. SaaS experience would be helpful but not essential. Fully P and L responsibility with all roles.
