We are looking for an attentive and experienced Sous Chef with a passion for great quality fresh
food and who is up to date with the current food trends.
As a Sous Chef you will have:
- Strong experience in high volume catering
- excellent organizational skills
- superb customer service skills
- financial awareness with the ability to manage costs
- a good knowledge and understanding of health, hygiene and legislative requirements

As the new Sous Chef, you will lead a driven team providing consistently high quality service.
What's in for you?
- Annual salary of £23,000- £26.500 depending on your experience plus an annual London Allowance of £2.623
- 35- hour contract plus PAID OVERTIME
