Payroll Manager - Central London. The Ashdown Group has been engaged by an award winning Architectural practice to assist them in their search for an accomplished Payroll Manager to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will have a proactive approach to payroll and will be instrumental in running the department. All aspects of pay and benefits remuneration are managed internally so this is very much a hands-on role.

In order to be suitable for this position of significant responsibility you must have previous experience of handling all elements of the payroll process, and will be very familiar with Sage software. You should be able to competently deal with any payroll requirements for a medium sized company, employing circa 250 people, ensuring all aspects of the job are handled effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate needs to be self-motivated, organised and able to work to deadlines with a can-do attitude.

In return for your hard work, our client will provide you with a basic salary up to £40,000 per annum, in addition to 24 days holiday, 5% company pension contribution, gym membership, childcare vouchers and a generous bonus scheme.
