We’re now looking for an MI Manager to join our Decision Science department team. The Decision Science department is focused on understanding, measuring, and predicting consumer financial behaviour. The team comprises of business analysts, statisticians, and quantitative scientists dedicated to addressing the company’s most challenging analytic problems

???•?????lead a team responsible for the company's management information (including daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting activities. And related audit and approval processes with internal stakeholders and external auditors),
???•?????provide design and analysis leadership through the company’s MI reporting suite (i.e., SAS, QlikView, Crystal, Qlik Sense), including the automation of existing and new reporting and identifying opportunities to improve reporting capabilities,
???•?????provide MI / analytic leadership for high-value departmental and corporate activities (involving both hands-on analysis as well as management of other analysts and process experts),
???•????? grow into an Insight / Analytics deputy role, providing broad team leadership in partnership with the MI Development and Insight Manager.
???•?????SQL programming (querying and managing data) and QlikView experience is essential
???•?????Demonstrated experience with MS Office, especially Excel and Access
???•?????Numeracy and quantitative comfort, whether through natural aptitude, coursework, or job experience, is essential for success
???•?????Previous role(s) leading a high-performing team (preferably involving direct management of analytic staff), with demonstrated evidence of coaching and mentorship
???•?????Undergraduate degree in economics, business or a quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
