We are looking for a results driven person to provide high level resource planning to front line workers, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Equipment Deliveries thereby managing employee resource planning to ensure appropriately skilled and sufficient employees are available to carry out customer home visits and run building based services. Dealing directly with customers with empathy and assurance of service delivery. To provide a high level of understanding of the business areas and resources available to be efficient and cost effective for both the customer and the business.
As the Intake Planner your responsibilities will include:   Allocation of care workers to customer visits by using effective rostering, ensuring continuity of care and taking into account locations, skills required and customer preferences.  
Assist the Branch Manager with identification of further business opportunities outside of the current client base.  
Manage and oversee high standards of customer care by ensuring that care workers are matched to customer requirements.  
Assisting recruiter with Care Worker interviews.
Management of care workers including performance, compliance, hour’s utilisation, appraisals, sickness, absences etc. in accordance with company policies and procedures.  
Experience
You must demonstrate commitment to working within a team, have a flexible approach to working hours and experience within the Care industry.  This role will involve an element of on-call duties, therefore a driver with access to your own vehicle is essential.
