B2B Digital Marketing & DM Executive, Liverpool, to £28k
The Company isa UK market leader in an expanding niche field within financial services, education and HR. The firm has recently grown grown by virtue of a major acquisition and is therefore now expanding its marketing team with the addition of a new position to coordinate online/digital campaign activity.
The Role, which reports to the Group Head of Marketing, involves the delivery of the marketing plan to specific target audiences and development of the overall customer experience. It includes offline - but mostly online - communications for lead-generation and retention campaigns, involvement in web content, advertising and PR as required. The key responsibilities are:
- conceiving and delivering online and digital marketing campaigns within defined brand guidelines.
- generating e-newsletters, collateral and promotional copy.
- producing DM campaigns.
- measurement of KPIs and analytics of campaigns.
- liaison with colleagues, suppliers and clients to complete projects and campaign activities on time and on budget.
- management reporting, using the company’s CRM system and reporting suite.
The Ideal Candidate will be an enthusiastic and accomplished marketer with an appropriate degree and/or CIM Diploma plus a minimum of 3 years’ successful prior marketing experience within the financial services sector, although candidates from other B2B or HE/FE organisations will also be considered on merit. Creativity and flair are crucial to this post, as are excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and without direct supervision. You will also need to be able to demonstrate resilience, strong organisational skills and the drive necessary to push through projects to tight deadlines.
