Jnr Sous Chef £24K-28K per annum plus tips plus quarterly share of profit bonus. Short term role.

We are looking for a creative Jnr Sous Chef with 5-7 years experience to join a strong brigade working with a Michelin star head chef in an established independent country hotel restaurant. This is a short term 3-4 month role but could be longer. (Salary is negotiable for the right chef)

Essential:

  • Must have experience working in a busy kitchen for at least 5-6 years
  • Experience working covers from 40-100
  • Experience in events, weddings and themed evenings
  • Creative and used to cooking with fresh ingredients at all times from scratch

The Hotel Restaurant is located in between Henfield and Hurstpierpoint WEst Sussex and 12 minute drive from Brighton.
