As Training Manager of this highly successful coffee chain, this role will devise, research and produce training courses, working closely with HR and Operations to induct and train Baristas to ensure that all customers receive the highest standard of quality products and exemplary service.

This Barista Training Manager opportunity is a career role for a training professional from the food and beverage industry, ideally with experience working within a fast-paced coffee or FMCG environment.

This Barista Training Manager role is mainly field based with 3-4 days a week spent in different Coffee Bar locations. Most of the Coffee Bars are in the SE England, around London, although some are further afield within the UK and Ireland. A full, clean driving licence and own transport would be advantageous.

To be successful in this Training Manager role, you will have:

*Ideally CIPD qualification or part qualification - not essential
*2 + years' training experience within the food and beverage industry, ideally coffee
*Food training qualification
*Strong people management and leadership skills
*Strong commercial awareness
*Excellent organisational skills
*Good influencing talents
*Exceptional communication across all cultures
*Ideally full driving licence and own vehicle
*Flexibility to travel across the UK and Ireland on a regular basis

Key accountabilities within this Training Manager role include:

*Devising and producing training courses
*Delivering training programmes to Managers and staff
*Writing and producing training manuals
*Reviewing and revising all training materials on a regular basis
*Providing detailed costings analysis of proposed training and development programmes
*Working with Finance and HR to set training KPIs
*Monitoring and tracking training for all Baristas
*Conducting training assessments
*Managing the Mystery Shopping project
*Creating induction plans for all new Bar Managers
*Responsibility for promotional activity including bar promotions, new bar openings, food launches, raising awareness of the brand at all sites across UK and Ireland
