Are you a Sales Executive with experience working in a Branch environment? Do you have experience with Access Equipment, Hire Equipment or heavy goods? You must have excellent negotiation/selling skills.

Job Overview:

Generate profitable business through developing existing accounts and establishing new customers.

Job Description:

  • Generate profitable branch turnover and increase customer base in order to maximise company profit by matching and exceeding budget whilst controlling costs.
  • Win profitable business orders through successful negotiation complying with company/branch policy and procedures
  • Monitor and achieve/exceed current set sales executive targets
  • Development of existing accounts and new business
  • Personal lead generation
  • Internal and external leads
  • Gain knowledge of local sites
  • Develop strong positive customer relationships through -Telephone calls, Face to face meetings, Informal customer entertaining, corporate entertainment functions
  • Promote high quality service and satisfaction through pro-active customer care.

Skills & Knowledge required:

  • In-depth knowledge of market place and competitors.
  • In-depth geographical knowledge of area.
  • Sound commercial awareness.
  • Company, branch and individual objectives and sales targets.
  • Excellent selling/negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills building strong, positive relationships with customers and networking with colleagues and contacts.
  • Current driving licence essential.
  • Previous sales experience essential.
