We are looking for a Sous Chef for gastropub near Green Park/Hyde Park. The gastropub has a real focus on fresh food and high quality ingredients. The kitchen is open plan and cater for 150-180 customers daily. There is an a la carte menu where the Sous Chef can add ideas and specials as well as sticking to some pub classics alongside bar/finger food. This is a lovely company to be a part of, everyone is friendly, welcoming and treat each other well. There is plenty of room to grow as the company really encourages growth and development for their staff, as well as having other sites where the chef can transfer to.

The Sous Chef that we are looking for must be a strong manager (communication, leadership, organisational skills), able to lead the brigade by example at the same time as being able to cook to a high standard of 1-2 AA Rosette level. The Sous Chef must therefore come from a FRESH COOKING background, able to multi-task during busy services for a la carte and events / finger food.
