The company are based in Leicester and they are one of the largest energy consultancies in the UK. They are currently seeking Telesales Representatives to join their ever expanding team.

What will I be responsible for?

Joining their team as a Telesales Executive, you will take on a fast paced and exciting role. On a daily basis you will be responsible for:

* Calling businesses to help reduce utility bill costs
* Overcoming objections 
* Working towards set targets
* Keeping up to date with all new product and introductions as appropriate

Who are they looking for?

As their ideal Telesales Executive, you will be driven and motivated by targets and have the ambition to regularly exceed expectations. Proven sales experience would be beneficial although this is not essential to be considered for the role. The successful candidate will have:

* Excellent communication and listening skills
* A polite and friendly manner
* Lots of initiative
* A positive attitude
* The ability to think on your feet

In return for your hard work as their Telesales Executive, you will be offered an excellent salary of £14,000 - £20,000 basic with realistic first year OTE of £30,000 plus attendance and accelerator bonuses.
