Restaurant Manager - Luxury Five Star Hotel, Cheltenham

Salary up to £26,000

We are currently recruiting for a charismatic Restaurant Manager for an award-winning restaurant within a five star, luxurious Hotel located in the beautiful Cotswolds.

The Restaurant Manager must come from a strong F&B background and have experience managing a team within a five-star environment.

The ideal candidate will take a hands-on approach, leading by example to ensure their team consistently deliver the highest standards. The Restaurant Manager will be expected to be very knowledgeable on the industry and have a passion for developing others. They must be personable, warm and engaging, ensuring every interaction with guests leaves a lasting impression.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for:

·Overseeing the execution of a quality service

·Developing key relationships with guests

·Optimising sales and working alongside the manager to develop the business

·Liaising with the Front and Back of house departments and promoting strong working relationships between the two

·Recruiting, training and motivating their team
