Service Delivery Executive/ Service Account Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Service Delivery Executive/Service Account manager who will partner with our clients customers and ensure their long-term success. The Service Account manager role is to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities based at their prestigious offices in Tadley.

Service Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing service reports. Account managers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our clients solutions, according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience. The ideal candidate is able, to identify customer needs and exceed client expectations.

This role is primarily office based but you may be required to attend customer meetings when required. Standard working hours Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5pm. However, you'll be expected to put in extra hours when required to ensure success.

As a Service Account Manager/ Service Delivery Executive you will
*Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your
customers
*Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
*Develop a trusted relationship with key accounts along with internal &
external stakeholders
*Review operational works completed documentation and input/upload onto IT
portal for client access
*Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to
customer needs and objectives
*Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to
internal and external stakeholders
*Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of
improvement
*Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and
annual forecasts)
*Prepare reports on account status
*Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales
teams to ensure growth attainment
*Take ownership with high severity requests or issue escalations and see
through to conclusion

As a Service Account Manager/ Service Delivery Executive you will have
*Experience from within a service sector organisation
*Commercial and contractual experience is advantageous
*Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on needs
*CRM software and Microsoft office
