Vacancy: General Administrator

This employer is an internationally recognised FMCG Company. Innovation and Brands are at the heart of everything they do aligned with significant local and international growth.

Due to continued expansion the Company are seeking a General Administrator located from their Ellesmere Port site, main duties as follows:

- Sorting the incoming and outbound post;
- Update Visitors List as and when required;
- Update the holiday and absence tracker on a weekly basis;
- Assist in site recruitment such as posting internal job adverts on notice boards and arranging interviews;
- Taking minutes of meetings as required;
- PO Management for maintenance team;
- Dealing with queries and maintaining relevant internal records;
- Generation and distribution of site documents;
- Assisting in the generation of reports;
- Setting up, updating and maintaining spreadsheets;
- Any other general administration duties as required.

Essential Criteria:
- GCSE Maths & English Grade C or above;
- 1 years' previous administration experience;
- Experience of working to targets/deadlines;
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills;
- Ability to work under minimum supervision;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with strong capabilities within Excel;
- Excellent communication & organisational skills;
- Methodical, logical and possess excellent attention to detail.

40 Hours per week Monday to Friday.
