Onemedia are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive for maternity leave cover. You will have good general technical understanding and be able to provide support to both the sales and creative teams.You will be liaising directly with clients and our AV integrator channel partners.

The purpose of this role is to maximise the effectiveness of the daily functioning of the business, executing marketing and social campaigns, supporting sales functions, general administration, dealing with incoming calls and assisting with the project management and technical support of creative media production for end user projects.

As the Sales & Marketing Executive you will act as an ambassador for one media ensuring at all times that you provide efficient and effective communication to internal and external clients.

Marketing and Creative Duties:

  • Project management from order to delivery
  • PR and marketing, creation of press releases, blogs, social media and case studies to drive audiences to the onemedia website
  • Monitor market trends and amend social /marketing campaigns to suit
  • Copywriting and proof reading of marketing collateral and documents
  • Managing email marketing and social media campaigns via 3rd party automating services
  • Scheduling marketing campaigns and maintaining press contacts
  • Ensure a robust and effective creative and development service
  • Create and maintain all creative and marketing policies and processes
  • Ability to take and understand project briefs, quotes, timescales & customer expectations
  • Provide a timely and cost effective resolution to all customer/client queries in accordance with policies and processes
  • Manage client expectations effectively
  • Provide assistance to the Creative, Development and Technical team
  • Manage, budgets and project timescales, internal & external

Sales and General Office Duties:

  • Dealing with an array of enquiries internally & externally
  • Provide sales support, administrative assistance and general awareness of live & prospective projects
  • Provide a seamless and professional service to internal and external clients
  • Analyse, assess and manage the needs and expectations of all customers/clients
  • Project management: Ability to manage several projects concurrently
  • Provide administrative support for the company and its Directors, including research
  • Ensure client interaction, issues and requirements are recorded accurately on the company database
  • Co-ordinate the creative, development, sales and support teams
  • Manage a cloud based CRM system - Salesforce
  • Provide a professional first line technical support service for onemedia signage apps - training provided.

Qualifications and Skills


  • Sales & marketing experience within a creative and/or technical environment
  • Balancing multiple priorities whilst under pressure
  • Copywriting and proof reading press releases, case studies, blog posts, technical datasheets and social media posts
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Problem solving
  • Experience posting, managing and monitoring social media accounts
  • Ability to understand and retain complex product information
  • Strong written and oral/telephone communication skills
  • Strong organisation, analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external). Ability to persuade and influence effectively at all levels
  • Computer literate/keyboard skills- Full Microsoft Office skills
  • Significant and demonstrable experience of pro-actively supporting external sales functions or Account Managers


  • Experience in an agency environment, or understanding of an agency business model
  • Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop
  • Sage
  • Salesforce experience or similar CRM system
  • Digital signage experience / understanding

Location: Emmer Green, Reading

Salary £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience

Hours 9 - 5.30 but with some flexibility.
