Internal Sales role on offer that truly pays an amazing wage! You will work in an expanding business who operate in a booming sector. The service that you will be selling is very much in demand.
The role will suit candidates with internal / telesales/ office based sales experience. You will make 120 + outbound cold calls per day at first and then the role will build naturally into more account management. You keep all clients that you win and will be their sole point of contact.
This job is a realistic opportunity – it is a tough role but you will be rewarded well for the effort that you put in. The recruitment service that you will be selling costs on average £4,000 and you will receive commission rates of 20%, 25% and 30%. You will make on average 120+ outbound calls per day to source and then sell to key decision makers at Senior Management and at Director level.
The role is not just sales, in fact sales is just the start. You will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of recruitment if you wish and you will have lots of progression routes available to you.
* Outbound sales role making 120+ cold calls per day.
* Sourcing leads (training given), bypassing gatekeepers and selling to Directors, Owners and Senior Managers.
* 100% New business moving to account management over as the role progresses.
* Can progress into key account management, a full recruitment role or team management.
* Internal / telesales/ office based sales experience.
* Happy to make 120+ outbound cold calls per day.
* Self-motivated and a confident communicator – able to operate at Director level.
