Lead a team of 6 chefs within a great kitchen with an established reputation. Your passion will be the motivator and key to your development of the next generation of chefs you will train and lead. Responsible for the key commercial accruement of the food led operation, you must be able to combine your culinary expertise with proven business knowledge.

A salary of £29,000+tips + bonus, evenings and set days off.
