JOB ROLE: Wholesale Sales Support Assistant - Cantonese Speaking

JOB TYPE: Temp - 6 month FTC

DURATION: 6 Months

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

They have shops in London, Paris, Milan, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Antwerp, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, U.A.E. - and over 200 throughout Japan.

  1. Job Summary

To support the company Greater China wholesale network though seasonal organisation of the buying calendar, showroom set up, preparation of the product training packs on a seasonal basis and general administration required by the department and relating to the maintenance of these wholesale accounts.

Specific Responsibilities

2.1 To establish and maintain a good working relationship with all clients, through close follow of all accounts on a daily basis.

2.2 To develop and maintain the Greater China Wholesale and New Market account guide and any other related departmental documents on a frequent basis.

2.3 To organise in good advance, seasonal wholesale buying appointments and meetings.

2.4 To organise, allocate and distribute seasonal swatch book, style sheets and price list information to all accounts where necessary in advance of appointments commencing.

2.5 To assist the Franchise Regional Executive during seasonal sales campaign as and when required.

2.6 To process seasonal wholesale forward orders and any seasonal stock orders that may be submitted.

2.7 To produce seasonal key product packages for the Clients, for VM, Press and Marketing to enable appropriate planning for each market.

2.8 To produce on a weekly basis accurate delivery status reports by territory and follow any issues or concerns where necessary either internally or with the client.

2.9 To follow up all stock sales, returns and faulty item requests, issues and produce end of season report regarding all.

2.10 To ensure that customer service enquires are dealt with promptly.

2.11 Any other related duties, not specified above, as outlined by your Line Manager
