Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and driven Credit Control Clerk to join an expanding and successful organisation situated in the Harrogate area.

The duties of the position to include:

*Actively chase aged debt as & when dictated by due dates via phone, email and letter
*Proactively chasing customers that are flagged as high risk
*Production of aged debt reporting
*Dealing with both high and low value accounts
*Regular reviews of outstanding debt, prioritising workload effectively to meet set targets
*Dealing with any customer queries or complaints as necessary, progressing any escalated complaints to senior management
*Liaise with internal departments regularly

Elevation Accountancy & Finance would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:

*Proven experience in working in a credit control or collections based position
*Experienced in working towards targets
*Strong communication and relationship building skills
*You will have an analytical attitude along with a motivated and energetic attitude
*An excellent team player with the desire to contribute to a strong team work ethic
