Global high-street fashion brand with over 300 stores in the UK alone are looking for a UK Brand Marketing Manager. This brand is very fast-forward with unique product ranges and exciting celebrity collaborations, this brand are very dominant in the fashion industry.

This brand have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Marketing Manager to work in their Brand and Marketing team with 6 colleagues in the UK team. You will have one direct report, providing support for the Senior Marketing Manager to create and develop innovative campaigns for the UK stores. These campaigns will be collaborating with the Brand, Retail and Digital Marketing teams.

Develop and manage the full UK Brand & Retail strategy, calendar and budget ownership.
Drive customer engagement &footfall to the 300+ UK stores and develop brand loyalty programmes.
Deliver new acquisition and re-engaging lapsed customer and making an effort of engaging and retaining existing customers.
Provide analysis of commercial and industry knowledge to develop bespoke marketing/ branding activities.
Execute and analyse branding projects, media planning and partnerships.
Deliver the UK branding plans in collaboration with the Global Marketing teams.
Constantly look for new influencers/ partnerships/ collaborations to attract the youth market.

Ideal candidate:
Interpret data and marketing activities to make commercial decisions
Previous management experience
Experience in Media Planning - OOH and POS
Ability to negotiate and drive performance
Experience working in a similar sized business with multiple stores
Preferably fashion/ retail/ agency background
Project management
Work well under pressure

Salary: £40-44K
