An exciting new job opportunity has arisen with a small, established healthcare provider; they are currently expanding and have a new role available as a Deputy Operations Manager.
The company is a specialist provider of mental health and learning disability care to adults in nursing home and community environments. The services are situated across North Lincolnshire.

The Deputy Manager will need to demonstrate passion, commitment and determination to succeed in ensuring the services are fully compliant, but also be capable of developing the business. They are looking to develop transitional services in the community, so someone with a community nursing background and local knowledge would be beneficial.

The ideal candidate will:

  • MUST be nurse qualified, RMN or RNLD
  • Have senior management experience
  • Good sound knowledge of DOLS and CQC compliance
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff and stakeholders
  • Ideally some community nursing experience
  • Excellent business acumen and knowledge of developing new services
