Lead budgeting & forecasting process for designated business areas, providing financial insight and commentary to the senior management team and director. Lead financial support to respective tender bids and strategic decisions as required providing sound financial guidance & support.

  • Develop & manage financial systems and processes
  • Ensure timely & accurate preparation of financial forecasts and other appropriate financial MI to support the needs of the comapny, the senior management team and directors
  • Lead & co-ordinate the annual budgeting process ensuring full alignment to the budget process and business plan
  • Provide strategic & operational financial input into projects and initiatives
  • Liaise with reporting team to ensure effective collaboration on financial reporting and analysis
  • Provide cash forecasting in relation to business planning
  • Financial support to contract reviews including post-contract review analysis
  • Lead financial support to company business meetings ensuring effective financial support is provided
  • Develop financial analysis to provide meaningful financial intelligence and effective cost management & maximisation of contract
  • Robust financial support to contract bids, tenders, & grant claims when required


  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Understanding of Financial Reporting Standards
  • At least 2 years post qualification experience
  • Experience of developing financial models & budgeting
