Finance and Billing Assistant
We are recruiting on behalf of a fundraising agency to process all accounting transactions in an accurate and timely fashion, to the point of trial balance and also maintain outpayment record systems and assist with all billing associated matters helping to provide exceptional fundraising processes so the business and our clients can make the world a better place. This role is Part time 20 hrs per week.
Process all and maintain sales transactions from creating invoices for all Mobilise products and keywords through to credit control
Develop timely sales reports
Credit control to ensure liquidity of the business review debtors list regularly and chase up all due/overdue invoices.
Process all purchase and expense transactions and make payments
Keep bank updated and reconciled making sure receipts are obtained
Maintain auditable records of donations from network through to client, generating appropriate statements and making bank payments.
Lead on billing for Keyword business stream Purchase orders, invoicing and answering client queries.
Collate and upload monthly invoicing into SAGE.
Demonstrable knowledge of double-entry book-keeping
Exceptional attention to detail
Highly developed organisational skills
Experience of Sage software
