Adecco are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a great growing creative company based in Bishops Stortford. This fantastic opportunity is offering a salary of £24,000-£27,000 per annum dependant on experience.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate who has a creative flair, strong project management background and thrives on working in a pressurised environment. The main objective of the position is to support project and account management function throughout the efficient running of client accounts and project to strict deadlines and specified budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

*Support a variety of projects simultaneously which could range from branding to print to multimedia and digital.

*Managing projects and jobs from the initial briefing through to successful completion and invoicing.

*Liaising with all internal sources to ensure success with the project whilst adhering to all internal procedures regarding proofing and client approval.

*Delegating goals and tasks to the project team to ensure project is successful completed on time.

*Organising events and exhibition dependant on the client's request.

*Producing relevant documentation to support ideas.

*Oversee and contribute to budgets, scheduling and forecasting.

*Ensure the project team works towards the set goal and project.

*Liaising with clients, supplier and design team regarding expectations and needs.

*General administrative duties as require by the live projects.

The ideal candidate:

*The ideal candidate will come from a project management background. Experience within the pharmaceutical or health industry.

*Proven experience within a similar creative, integrated or digital agency.

*Proven experience within a project management/ product management position.

*Experience within organising events, exhibitions and trade shows.

*The ability to be able to build upon existing and develop new working relationships.

*Customer focused with a professional approach.

*Resilience, self motivation and ability to work under pressure.

*Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.

*Motivation to hit and exceed targets.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00-18:00 however please note that due to the nature of this role we do require a level of flexibility. There will also be the opportunity for UK and European travel.
