ASA's Client is currently recruiting for a Live In Restaurant manager for one of Scotland leading holiday resorts.

The ideal candidate for the role will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar resort or hotel setting. They must have high volume experience of up to 600 covers per day and have a passion for staff training and development and a modern management style.

The key responsibilities for this role will Include:

- The day to day running of a Brasserie style restaurant including ordering and stock taking.
- Management of staff including recruitment and training a development.
- Strong sales ability to up sell products maximising profit for the company.
- A Firm Grasp of budgets and department finances.
- Being responsible for any room bills, money, tills and floats for the restaurants.

Further essential experience for this role will Include:

- Aspirations to be a Food and Beverage manager or progression within the hospitality sector.
- An impeccable attention to detail and focus on company standards and specifications.
- A proven track record of training a development of staff.
- a good understanding of all aspects of the business to work as part of a large management team.

Our Client in return will provide:

Salary £30-35,000 Please note this position is Live In.
