New and Used Sales Executive

We are looking to expand our Volkswagen Boston dealership and bring experienced Sales Executives to join a growing brand and dealership.
Our Volkswagen dealership in Boston offers an extensive selection of new and used cars as well as an excellent range of aftersales support services. We are recruiting for a sales driven executive to join our team and sell new and used cars. Motor retail experience is not essential; however, resilience is a given and sales experience would be highly advantageous
Working in a dealership sales environment can be very challenging as well as very rewarding. Do you feel you possess the skills and qualities needed to be successful? If so we are looking for talented individuals to join our sales team, selling a combination of new and/or used vehicles, with a wide range of finance and insurance products.
What you absolutely need is unlimited confidence, drive, energy, talent, character and attitude. You must be well presented with a desire and attitude to succeed. You will have the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers. You will also possess a clean driving licence and will either already be FCA approved or willing to be trained.
Although this role is up to 45 hours per week, working between 8.30am to 7pm and includes most weekends it is a very rewarding role. Your earnings potential is directly within your control. Average experienced Sales Executives within our Group earn circa £30,000 per annum following their first year in the role, however, many individuals earn well in excess of this amount and your earnings can exceed £40,000 per annum.
