We are looking for a passionate and skillful Business Development Manager to join our client's dynamic team, to find new opportunities for the businesses website and brochure design services - through lead generation, client meetings and closing the sale.

Duties will include; Building up and creating meetings from own database, working on the phones from a database provided and finding opportunities with companies within a 50 mile radius and London. The first couple of months (while the client base is developing) the role with be largely office based, however this will split between office and field once meetings have been arranged.

Commission will apply - providing an OTE of £30- £35k in the first year, going up from that in the 2nd as the client base grows.

The successful candidate will;
* Have strong experience within sales and cold calling (min. of 50 calls a day would be required)
* Possess excellent communication skills on all levels - both face to face, over the telephone, and with a range seniority levels (including Managing Directors, Sales Directors and Company owners
* Be trustworthy and loyal
* Be quick learning, enthusiastic and very determined
* Be a strong team player
* Possess a cheerful outlook, being able to recover well from any knock backs.
