The company is a successful and growing SEO Agency in the Digital Marketing sector throughout the UK and due to its success, the company is looking to recruit for a new Business Development Manager.

The Business Development Manager role comes with a basic salary of £26,000 per annum plus an on target annual bonus of £5,000.

The requirements of the role are as follows:

Duties and responsibilities

- Responsible for generating sales

- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

- Maintain strong working relationships with existing clients

- Research and identify potential new clients

- Develop strong working relationships with new clients

- Liaise with existing and potential new clients via telephone and email

- Arrange and attend meetings with existing and potential new clients

- Prepare and distribute marketing materials

- Research, identify and attend appropriate networking and marketing events

- Follow up on all leads and referrals including with new business contacts

- Provide assistance to the Directors with designing and preparing presentation


- Conduct presentations

- Provide regular sales reports to the Directors


- Proven experience of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Extensive experience as a Business Development/Sales Manager

- Some experience of working within the legal or finance sector would be advantageous but not essential

- Some knowledge of business finance

- Good working knowledge and experience of using computer Microsoft Office

- software, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

- Experience of preparing financial reports

- Experience of conducting presentations
