Selective Recruitment have recently registered an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Support Specialist to join one of our highly regarded clients located in Oxford. This is a prime opportunity for a proactive, well organised and resilient individual who is able to demonstrate efficient problem solving abilities whilst working in a demanding and fast-paced role.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to nurture and maintain strong client relationships whilst communicating with confidence, and providing unrivalled client service. The role will see the successful candidate supporting premium client partners with managing, planning and executing marketing campaigns.

Job role: Marketing Support Specialist
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Salary: £20,000-£25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Type: Permanent

Primary Duties:
*First point of contact for partners, for all kinds of minor and major support requests.
*Help partners to become familiar with the product and program benefits, and find out required details about their company.
*Identify the partners' requirements and then use provided materials to fulfil these, to enable them to sell the product.
*Communicate to your partners regularly and build relationships.
*Support partners as their Account Manager holding responsibility for financial performance of partners managed by you.
*Share feedback with the client on what resellers are asking for in order to grow their businesses.
*Build and maintain relationships with Marketers and sales representatives to provide them with support and become an extension of their team.
*Generate reports in Excel and PPT presentation to share updates with the client.
*Represent company at industry events and may visit partners to further promote the company's relationship either independently or in company with the team, this will be on average twice a quarter.

Candidate Specification;
*Fearless approach to calling and an interest in a doing a phone based role, both in native language and English.
*Genuine enthusiasm or passion in IT or Technology.
*Ambition to progress within the company through the sales and marketing channel.
*Ability to travel within the UK to represent Seagate at various industry events.
*Proficiency in English (additional European language an advantage).
*Excellent written and verbal communication.
*Attention to detail.
*Strong numeracy skills.
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel).
*A degree level education or equivalent. (desirable)
*Ability to deal at senior level within the organisation.
*Knowledge of Sales Force or similar CRM system. (desirable)
*Previous outbound calling sales experience within a relevant industry. (desirable)
