Recently created position for a Software Sales Executive / Software Sales Manager to sell a newly designed and clean ERP solution for the SME market. Created 3 years ago, this is a newly architected, highly configurable ERP product built on .Net, SQL Server and C# technology and it offers tremendous functionality with a very quick implementation cycle. It is sold into a niche market.

As the Sales Executive here you will run a team of 2 Field Sales Consultants as well as looking after your own territory and recruiting at least one more member for your sales team. Your combined group will have sales of over £1 million p.a. and your personal target will be £200-300, 000 You're your base salary to start will be around the £35k mark with a company car and double OTE of £70k uncapped.

Your customers will mainly be within the wholesalers, retailer, distribution, and value added distribution market, or trade counters and warehousing. You will work with the original founder of the company learning all about this new ERP product, and you will do your own demo's following up appointments made by tele-sales appointment bookers.

They are looking for an experienced Software Sales Executive or Business Development Manager who can manage and motivate themselves and manage and motivate a small team of field sales people. You should be able to prove a good track record in solution sales, and will be happy to do your own demo's at MD level, and still run your own territory as well as looking after your team.

You will have sold application software such as ERP, accounting, distribution, manufacturing, e-commerce, assets, CRM, construction software, DMS, property management software or something similar.

This is a fabulous opportunity to start managing a small sales team whist still continuing to be a hands on Sales Executive, selling a superb ERP software product and making a lot of money.
