OTE £120k, uncapped

The client is a successful and fast-growing Performance Marketing and Consumer Marketing agency. Established and well-funded, they have had significant growth in the UK, US and Europe, with their portfolio of high profile consumer facing websites, and consumer data / insight services. They provide Blue Chip FMCG brands an important channel to engage with and acquire new customers, and provide useful data and consultancy advice for brands to price and market their goods. This is a technology biased business which has innovated and developed its own cutting edge applications.

The business is looking to significantly extend its activity with corporate Brands, and as such we are looking for candidates who are experienced in selling Marketing / Media related services into large consumer and FMCG brands, both direct, but also into the large Marketing, Branding, Creative and Media Agencies and Groups that service these clients. We also need an individual capable of managing, motivating and mentoring a team, and in establishing successful processes to drive growth, and to measure the performance through good ROI and KPI’s. This will involve both New Business and Relationship Management.

You will have a track record of identifying, building relationships, and securing business with senior level decision makers within agencies, and within the Marketing, Media Buying, and Procurement teams of Brands directly. The approach is consultative and is about positioning and promoting the service effectively, its capabilities, track record, and compelling ROI.
