Membership Consultant (Sutton)
Our client is looking for a bright, personable individual to support the Sales Manager to generate and sign up new members for their Sutton facility. You will need to be comfortable with dealing with people, face to face and over the telephone.
In this position you will also be assisting existing members with any questions and queries they may have as well as trying to ensure continued membership.
You will be working to individual targets helping make sure the centre achieves its overall sales and income targets.
Work closely with your Sales Manager as an effective team member using your own initiative
You actively participate in sales meetings & training sessions
Look for opportunities to exceed your customer’s expectation
Dealing with appointments & walk-ins professionally and ensure that the appropriate sales procedure is applied
Interact with customers, anticipate and respond to their needs and understand what they want from the company
Provide correct information to prospective members regarding facilities, programmes, procedures and pricing
Make sure that all telephone enquiries are handled professionally and are in line with company scripts
You will be expected hit your targets and understand your centre’s business objectives
You recruit new members in order to hit sales and revenue targets
You take responsibility for the communication of your sales targets and sales initiatives to your team and site
There are performance related bonuses in addition to the basic salary.
Hours of work:
Variable shifts between 9am and 9pm including alternate weekends
£15,000 - £16,000 (£575 OTE per month)
