Clayton Nursing is currently recruiting for an experienced Regional Manager to manage a portfolio of services tailored to the care home market including elderly care homes, dementia care, mental health services and learning disability services. Fast becoming one of the most reputable operators of residential, nursing and specialist care homes providing a UK wide Management solution.

The role offers a generous salary of £50,000 - £55,000 with extensive company benefits.

The Role
-Provide a Peripatetic Management role over a number of poor performing care services to introduce and sustain improvements both from a care and a financial perspective.
-Overall leadership and management to ensure safe delivery of services at the sites you are responsible for at any time.
-Ensure improvement to achieve good standards of clinical and person centred care are achieved and maintained throughout the services you are responsible for
-To assist plan and to manage the budget for the services you are responsible for.
-Lead a programme of change and improvement at the services you are responsible for following a thorough audit of the services and in conjunction with service management you will be responsible for implementing improvement strategies.

The Candidate
You will need to have extensive experience within Regional or Peripatetic/Multi-Site management within care home setting, hold NVQ 4 or 5 Health and Social Care.

-Have the ability to motivate, engage, and exercise leadership throughout the teams being worked with in an open professional communication style.
-Able to turnaround poor performing service and achieve a high standard of clinical care by audit, trend analysis, and directing the team to deliver results
-Have the ability to plan and prioritise workload and make clear decisions, with a real desire and enthusiasm to make a difference.
