Sanskruti Restaurant has fast become known as one of the best restaurants in Manchester - Lauded on Trip Advisor and a favourite of food writers and bloggers, the menu here has to be tasted to be believed - According to one writer, "…this restaurant sets the bar for Indian restaurants in Manchester." We'd say it sets the bar for any type of restaurant in Manchester!

They also opened their Liverpool branch in the summer of 2016 and are attracting rave reviews here too!

Sanskruti are an expanding company, and will be opening more sites soon - As such, there is a lot of room for you to progress your career and get in at the ground floor while they are still young!

Not only does the operation offer an entirely vegetarian menu, but a good proportion of their offering is also vegan - They serve up a fantastic mix of traditional dosas, Indian cuisine and dishes with a modern twist, presented in a contemporary way to a standard normally reserved for fine dining restaurants. You are unlikely to find such an array of extraordinary dishes anywhere else in Manchester. They even import the very best herbs and spices available directly from India from the highest quality source, to ensure that only the freshest and most flavourful ingredients are used!

Ideally, you will have had experience with Indian cuisine, but you will be working with incredible experts here with years of experience themselves, so if you are lacking some of the required skills, you will be able to learn a LOT here, and be given all the support necessary to ensure you are a success.

As the new Chef here, you should / be / have:
* A proven track record
* Great loyalty on your CV
* A good awareness of current food safety legislation
* A good knowledge of the techniques used in Indian cuisine, have worked in an Indian restaurant

In return a VERY generous package is offered, from £22,000 to £28,000 basic salary dependent on experience as well as an enviable opportunity to lead a brilliant operation on to great things!
