LEGAL SECRETARY REF 16 17 Our client is a highly reputable firm based in the York region. They are now seeking an experienced legal secretary with strong knowledge of the legal sector ie company commercial, intellectual property or any other area of law. Your duties will be varied and busy and will include the following -
Audio & copy typing of technical lengthy documents, correspondence, bills, invoices
Diary, booking appointments and meetings, travel etc
Handling legal research
Supporting fee earners
Liaising with UK and European offices
Faxing, emailing, photocopying and all other administrative tasks.
Please note substantial legal secretarial experience is essential along with fast and accurate touch typing speeds of at least 55wpm is essential.
Hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Salary - dependable upon level of experience c £18-22k
