We're looking for a Telesales Account Manager to join our client based in Milton Park, Oxfordshire on a Full-Time Permanent basis. Working within an existing and growing team, you will be responsible for converting leads and growing new business to contribute the company growth. In reward you will be eligible for an attractive salary and OTE structure, along with a variety of company benefits.

You will come from a sales environment - be it office, retail, fundraising, etc. - with experience of working towards and achieving sales targets. Overall you will boast confidence and ambition with a passion for customer service.

Job role: Telesales Account Manager
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Type: 6 Month Contract (Maternity Cover)

Primary duties;
*Making outgoing calls on a daily basis and responding to incoming calls in a timely fashion.
*Calling through sales leads and following the cycle through to sale closure.
*Following up database mail shots by telephone to establish sales leads.
*Identifying supplier or subscriber problems/issues and resolving or escalating to appropriate personnel via the call management system.
*To keep an accurate and up to date call log.
*Producing brief reports of telephone-call results.
*Attending regular team meetings to discuss issues, suggestions etc. relating to the running of the Sales Team.
*To carry out any additional duties as requested.
*To work within a framework of corporate standards and policies.
*Knowledge and previous experience
*Working knowledge of MS office, Outlook, Excel, Access and the Internet

Candidate specification;
*Previous Telesales/New Business experience is desirable but not essential
*Experience of working in a retail sales environment, working towards targets
*Sales tenacity

*Have a drive for results
