Based in London, my client is well-established publishing company, looking for a Customer Insights Manager to join the team. This is a newly created role for a fast-growing business.
As Customer Insights Manager, you will be responsible for helping the business gain insights into growth. This will be a highly analytical role, focusing on competitve analysis and market research. You will be responsible for digital analytics, market and technology trends, customer satisfacthion and product marketing programmes, producing monthly reports.
The right candidate for this role will have B2B experience, and be highly analytical and customer focused. You will be an advanced user of Salesforce and have experience working in a commercial environment.
