Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm Mon-Fri, Sat mornings on rota basis
Salary: Up to £20,000
An experienced administrator with internal sales experience and a background in customer service, either in consumables, industrial or engineering environment is required by our clients to proactively support the growth and development of the business.
Duties will include responding to, preparing and submitting quotations in line with customers’ deadlines, proactively following up enquiries to generate profitable orders and developing, tracking, and chasing incoming product orders. You will also make proactive outbound calls to customers and potential customers, maintain the customer database and enter sales orders onto the company system.
The successful candidate must have experience of working in a busy telephone sales/customer service environment, be PC literate to intermediate level, be competent and methodical and have a flexible attitude. A driving licence and own transport would be an advantage.
